How to Order:

Step 1: Choose the item you would like to purchase.
Step 2: Select color and size options.
Step 3: Click "Add to cart".
Step 4: To select more products return to "step 1".

How to Checkout:

Step 1: Click on the red shopping cart on your upper right hand corner.
Step 2: Review your order
Step 3: If you are finished click "checkout", if you are not finished click "Continue Shopping".
Step 4: First time customers need to click "Continue" under the "New Customer".
Step 5: First time customers need to enter their information on the following secured page then click "Continue".
Step 6: Your account will now be created, click "Continue".
Step 7: Review the delivery information, if desired enter comments and click "Continue" or if the information is in-correct click "Change Address".
Step 8: Enter your payment information in the secure form and click continue.
Step 9: Review the order in the confirmation screen and make sure everything is correct and you are done shopping, click "Confirm Order" only once.
Step 10: When the screen reads "Order processed" check the box and click "Continue". You are finished!

Order Processing Time:

Most of our orders are processed within 24 hours and ready for shipping on the next business day excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 11.30 AM PST will be processed the next day.

Shipping Methods:

For domestic clients: we offer your choice of Priority Mail® or Express Mail® via United States Postal Service.
(For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted by 11AM PST.)

For International clients: we offer your choice of Global Airmail Letter-post, and Global Priority Mail (GPM)® via United States Postal Service.

Delivery Time:

Within the U.S.:
Most packages arrive within 3-10 days inside the continental U.S., All PO box and APO addresses will be shipped using Priority Mail®. Next day service Express Mail® is available for an extra fee, orders must be submitted by 11AM PST.

Outside the U.S.:

Shipping Disclaimer: we cannot guarantee shipment of goods by any specific time frame during holidays, unforeseen acts of nature, or due to incorrect / incomplete address information. The aforementioned situations could delay transit. For international orders, delivery times may vary based on your countries’ customs procedures. All international customers must also be aware of their own country's tariffs that may be imposed in addition to any charges shown on our invoice. Any such charges shall be the sole responsibility of the customer to pay. All orders from high risk countries will be subject to a bank verification, we reserve the right to not accept any orders if fraud is suspected.

Returns:

We make sure that we give you sufficient information regarding our products and we guarantee that all items are packaged with care. Some instances may occur when you may require return or exchange services, Futureofstyle.com evaluates every request on a case-by-case basis, although generally speaking, we do allow returns under the following conditions.

1) Wrong size - must be returned via prepaid shipping.
2) Wrong order - you have not received the item or items listed in your confirmation email.

If you have experienced any of the situations above, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise must arrive back at Futureofstyle.com no more than 15 days from the time you placed your order.

Sale merchandise: All purchases are final on sale merchandise, we do not accept returns for these items under any circumstances.

Exchanges Disclaimer: All returns must be in 100% new condition, not worn, nor washed and all tags in place. Please ensure returned clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. The amount of your exchanged item will be credited towards your next order. Sorry, no refunds. We do not pay for return shipping under any circumstances.
